Positive, I had a fantastic 2-night stay in a cozy room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, with eggs, pastries, and yogurt. A bus stop right next to the place made getting around super easy. The manager was super helpful, providing maps and info on local sights. 😊

The hotel staff provided exceptional service during our stay.

Unfortunately, the shower cubicle had water drainage issues, and I found mold that raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, the towels were old and not comfortable to use. I was also disappointed that there was no tea or coffee available in the room.

Amazing stay for families!

Had a fantastic 2-night stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were awesome, especially the scrambled eggs and packed lunches they offered. Just wish the dining area was a bit larger since it got crowded. Overall, a delightful experience supporting a family trip to Salzburg!

The staff displayed excellent professionalism and kindness, particularly during our late check-in. Our rooms were spacious, with some having lovely outdoor spaces to relax. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to reach the city center. Additionally, the mountain view surrounding the area added a beautiful touch to our stay.

The Double Room with Balcony was really nice! Super clean and bright, with floor heating that felt amazing. I loved the balcony for morning sunshine. Plus, the location near the bus stop made it easy to get around. The amenities like the fridge and kettle were a nice touch too.
